Refund Policy

Please read all the points listed below to avoid any confusion

For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange

For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.

An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.

 

The Whole process of Exchanges & Return can take upto 7-10 working days.

 

These Exchange and return days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.

 

It is mandatory to share photos of the product you received from 4-5 angles if you have received a different color or product than ordered to ensure a rapid and efficient response.

Exchanges and returns must be raised within 2 days of delivery after that they will not be entertained.

The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
